An order request is not an order

Adding products to an order list or submitting an order request does not create a binding order or contract. It is a request for pricing and availability. An order exists only once MOD Packs has confirmed it and you have accepted that confirmation.

Pricing and specification are confirmed

Final price, stock, specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, delivery, assembly, installation requirements and timing are confirmed before an order is accepted. No price, lead time or availability is guaranteed by this website.

Diagrams and finishes are representative

Cabinet diagrams, room imagery and finish swatches shown on this website are representative only. Screens vary, and final products and finishes are confirmed against the available supplier range before supply.

Measurements are the customer's responsibility

Guides on this website explain how to measure and what cabinet sizes are commonly available. They are general information, not a site measure. You remain responsible for checking site dimensions, services, clearances and suitability unless a measuring or design service has been expressly agreed in writing.

Assembly and installation

Cabinets are supplied flat packed unless otherwise agreed. Assembly and installation guidance on this website is general information. Plumbing, electrical and structural work must be carried out by appropriately licensed trades.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
