This page explains what MOD Packs does with the information you send through this website.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the enquiry and order request forms: your name, email address, phone number, suburb, the room and measurement details you provide, your customer type, your fulfilment preference and any notes you add. The page address you submitted from and the time of submission are recorded with the enquiry so we can respond in context.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, plan a cabinet list, prepare pricing, confirm products and availability, coordinate delivery, assembly or installation enquiries, and manage the related communications. We do not sell your information.

Who it is shared with

Where a supplier, installer or service provider is needed to answer your enquiry or fulfil an order, the relevant details are provided to them for that purpose only. Form submissions are transmitted and delivered using Google services, so the content of your enquiry is processed by Google as part of normal email and form handling.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how pages are used. It records anonymous usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. It does not receive your name, email address or phone number. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and the site remains usable if you do. Your cabinet order list is stored only in your own browser until you send an order request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and order requests are kept for as long as needed to respond, complete the work and meet ordinary business record-keeping requirements.

Access, correction and questions

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@modpacks.com.au and we will action reasonable requests.
